This book is 284 pages of families, town info of Cambridge, Furnas, NE with lots of photos, covering the years 1874 to 1974. The first line of the Acknowledgment page reads: It is our hope that this book will serve as a reference for future generations and give them an idea of the hardships that were endured and mastered by the "Pioneers" who began what Cambridge has become today...NL1

The link has an index of the people with bios. I am just starting to work on an every-name index. The book was edited by Robert T. Ray and Lois Rutledge, friends of my grandparents. My grandparents and many others helped to compile the short biographies. Bob Ray gave me permission to put it on the internet so that other genealogists can find it. RL1
