New Volunteer Contribution Form
Thank you for your interest in the Books We Own Project!!! Your time and resources are greatly appreciated!
Please remember to.....
- limit listings to no more than 5 resources per week
- include as much geographical information as possible for location-specific resources so that I can list it on the proper page
- for family genealogies, clearly indicate the surname(s) for cross-references
SPECIAL NOTE: Please be aware that as with any website, the information you post may be available through search engines such as Google. The only required contact information is your first name and email address. Full names and/or postal addresses are optional - if you do NOT want that information posted, then do NOT include it.
To become a new BWO lookup volunteer, please email the BWO editor at tenlenj@gmail.com with "BWO - New Volunteer" as the subject line and the following information:
- Your name
- email address (very important - check to make sure it is entered correctly!! I cannot process requests without a correct email address!)
- Special instructions about look ups for users of BWO [optional; examples include whether you will scan or photocopy information, a limit on the number of names per request (default is 3 names), etc.]
For each book/resource, please include as much of the following information as possible:
- Title
- Author(s)
- Publisher and publication date
- Description (strongly recommended)
